Do I have to switch suppliers?
Not always, we are often able to put a customer back with their existing supplier but at a better rate than the supplier offered

Who pays i-Novus?
The price you are quoted is the price you pay. The energy companies pay us a commission for introducing you as a client
What is an LOA?
An LOA is a Letter of Authority: You sign this to give us permission to approach our panel of utility providers and/or your current supplier to provide yo Without it, we cannot act on your behalf. It is NOT permission for us to switch to something you have not specifically agreed to. In other words, it is NOT a contract and it does not obligate you to accept or act upon our advice in any way
How many tariffs do you compare?
It depends on your location and usage. We can be offered sometimes over 100 tariffs for a single site. We sift through them to establish true value to your business.
